SHIPPING POLICY

El Capi Chamoy offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are certain you will love El Capi Chamoy Products, but if you are unhappy with the candy you received, we offer a money-back guarantee. To qualify for a full refund you must return the candy with at least 80% of the jar full and you must pay the postage fee to send the item back. After we receive the returned items and weigh them we will issue a full refund. If the returned items are not at least 80% full, or are not original El Capi Chamoy that we prepared, your refund will be denied. Please note that our money back guarantee applies when you are unhappy with the candy or rim dip that you received. 

You can also get a full refund if you cancel your order before it is fulfilled and shipped. 

The majority of El Capi Chamoy's  orders will be covered by shipping insurance with either USPS or UPS. If your order was lost, stolen or delivered to an incorrect address you can submit a claim with USPS or UPS to get a full refund. If your refund process is taking longer than expected please let us know and we will do what we can to help you get your refund.

El Capi Chamoy is not responsible for orders that were lost by the shipping company or stolen after they were delivered, unless your order was not covered by shipping insurance. If your order wasn't covered by shipping insurance please email us for further assistance at Marketing@rogerelcapi.com

Orders placed with incorrect information that cause your order to not be delivered is your responsibility. We can offer you a 50% refund on the products purchased, the shipping fee is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
